Returns & Refunds

Every piece from Galeria Escultórica is one-of-a-kind, made by hand in our Alcântara studio. Because of this, we don't accept returns or exchanges.

Please take your time choosing and if you have any questions about a piece before buying (size, weight, finish, or anything else), message us on WhatsApp or email galeria.escultorica@gmail.com. We're happy to share more photos or details so you feel confident.

Damaged in transit If your piece arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at galeria.escultorica@gmail.com with photos of the piece and the packaging. We'll make it right.

Workshops Workshop bookings are non-refundable but can be rescheduled with at least 7 days' notice. Message us at galeria.escultorica@gmail.com

EU 14-day cooling-off period If you're a consumer based in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email galeria.escultorica@gmail.com within that window.

Because our pieces are fragile ceramics, returns must be packaged with the same level of care they were sent in, wrapped securely with protective cushioning, in a sturdy box, and shipped fully insured. Pieces that arrive back damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be refunded. Return shipping is at your cost, and the piece must be returned in its original, unused condition within 14 days of you notifying us.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned piece in acceptable condition.

This right does not apply to commissioned or custom pieces made specifically for you, or to workshop bookings.
